Lawful Basis for Collecting Personal Information: Visa Imagine collects and processes personal information in order to fulfill your visa, passport, document legalization, or immigration process request and our contract with you. This information is collected and processed in accordance with local laws including Compliance statements regulations in the European Union. For those individuals to whom the Compliance statements apply, general personal information is collected and processed on the basis of the contract formed or to be formed between us but the additional sensitive personal information is collected and processed under the lawful basis of consent. By availing any of our services and giving your consent, you are giving Visa Imagine the following rights:

The Right to Have Your Personal Information Erased: At any time, you have the right to request that Visa Imagine erases the personal information you have provided to us. Visa Imagine will erase any data as long as it is legally allowed to according the laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate. You may make this request in the website as well as mail us at info@visaimagine.com. The following will then occur:

Visa Imagine will acknowledge your request.
Visa Imagine will review your specific request and the country of its origin, and determine if we are lawfully allowed to oblige the request.
Visa Imagine will then either:
inform you that your data has been removed from our systems or
inform you as to the date that Visa Imagine is legally allowed to remove said data from our systems give the nature of said data and the country of its origin.
The Right to Access Your Personal Information: At any time, you have the right to access your personal information held by Visa Imagine. After validating the identity of the requestor, Visa Imagine will provide your personal information in accordance with our policies.

Visa Imagine complies with all the laws regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information. In the event Visa Imagine transfers personal data covered by this Privacy Policy to a third party acting as a controller, Visa Imagine will do so consistent with any notice provided to the subjects of that data and any consent they have given, and only if the third party has given Visa Imagine contractual assurances that it will (i) process the personal data for limited and specified purposes consistent with any consent provided by the subjects of such data;

Visa Imagine remains liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if an agent processes personal data covered by this Privacy Policy in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, except where Visa Imagine is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
